Statutory rights are honored on top. If you live in a country with a consumer right to withdraw — including the EU, EEA, UK, Turkey, Israel, South Korea, Brazil, Canada, and Singapore — those rights apply in addition. Refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, under Paddle's Refund Policy.
01Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on every Doza Assist purchase, including Doza Assist Pro, Doza Assist Studio, and any add-ons. If the app doesn't fit your workflow for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, email [email protected] with your order number and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. We do not require an explanation or a defect report.
02Subscriptions and Cancellations
Doza Assist Studio is sold as an annual subscription billed in advance, per seat. You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Paddle billing portal linked in your receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; your seats remain active until that date and you will not be billed again.
03Statutory Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory right to withdraw, that right applies in addition to our 30-day guarantee. The headline windows are:
- 14 days — European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, Israel
- 7 days — South Korea, Brazil, Canada
- 5 days — Singapore

04How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] from the address you used at purchase
- Include your order number from the Paddle receipt. The subject line "Refund request, order #..." moves things along
- You can also request a refund directly from your Paddle receipt — open the receipt email and follow the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link
Most refunds are confirmed within one business day. Paddle then processes the credit back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
05How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, and are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account. Refunds include any sales tax, VAT, or GST collected at checkout.
06Fraud and Abuse
Consistent with Paddle's Refund Policy, refund requests may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse — such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles from the same account — or other manipulative behavior.
07Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve issues faster than a chargeback can be processed, and initiating a chargeback while a refund is already in progress can delay your refund.
