Refund Policy.

Every purchase includes a full refund right for a minimum of 14 days — no exceptions — backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

The short version

Full refund within 14 days — no exceptions. Every customer, in every country, has the right to a full refund for a minimum of 14 days from the purchase date. This applies to all purchases, with no geographic or product exceptions, consistent with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

We go further — a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] with your order number within 30 days of purchase and we'll process a full refund, no explanation required. Any longer statutory right under your local law applies on top. Refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record.

01Your Right to a Refund

Every Doza Assist purchase — including Doza Assist Pro, Doza Assist Studio, and any add-ons — comes with a full refund right for a minimum of 14 days from your purchase date. This right applies to every customer, in every country, with no exceptions, consistent with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

We go further than the minimum and offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If the app doesn't fit your workflow for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, email [email protected] with your order number and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. We do not require an explanation or a defect report.

02Subscriptions and Cancellations

Doza Assist Studio is sold as an annual subscription billed in advance, per seat. You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Paddle billing portal linked in your receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; your seats remain active until that date and you will not be billed again.

03Statutory Withdrawal Rights

In addition to the rights above, consumers in many countries have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase. Where such a right exists, it applies on top of our guarantee. In every case — regardless of where you live — you have a full-refund right for a minimum of 14 days from your purchase date, with no exceptions. Where your local law provides a longer window, the longer window applies.

04How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address you used at purchase
  2. Include your order number from the Paddle receipt. The subject line "Refund request, order #..." moves things along
  3. You can also request a refund directly from your Paddle receipt — open the receipt email and follow the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link

Most refunds are confirmed within one business day. Paddle then processes the credit back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

05How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, and are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account. Refunds include any sales tax, VAT, or GST collected at checkout.

06Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve issues faster than a chargeback can be processed, and initiating a chargeback while a refund is already in progress can delay your refund.
