One license key for the whole team. Every editor installs Doza Assist, enters the same key, and works on their own Mac, offline. Each machine takes one seat. Hosted Share on share.doza.ai and every update are included for as long as the subscription is active.
$468 per seat per year, charged once a year for the seats you choose. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period plus a 14-day grace window.
01How seats work
You get one key. Each Mac that activates it uses one seat; the app refuses the next machine once every seat is taken. To move a seat to a new Mac, deactivate the old one from the app's Manage License window. To add seats, or free one when someone leaves and their Mac is gone, email us and it is done the same day.
02What every seat includes
- The full app. Speaker ID, Quote Sheets, Story Brief, Collections, batch processing, word-level trim, and export to Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Everything runs on the editor's Mac; footage never leaves the building.
- Hosted Share. Send a producer, a client or a co-editor one link. They highlight and pull clips in the browser, or connect the link to their own AI assistant through MCP and ask it to find the moments. The editor decides what each link can do (comment, highlight, clip, use AI, or read only) and can pause or revoke it. Everything they make syncs straight back into the editor's Doza Assist.
